Digital signage and electronic shelf labels are starting to become a valuable tool in hospitals, supporting real-time communication, improved patient care, and operational efficiency. Digital signage can be used for broad,  centralized communication and awareness. E-ink displays can be placed next to patient beds to show up-to-date information such as names, medical conditions, allergies, and treatment notes. They help staff access critical data quickly and accurately while minimizing interruptions to patients. On the left are visual examples of how both can be integrated into hospital rooms.
